Radical Collaboration is a research-backed methodology that builds the trust, openness, and accountability teams need to work better together. We partnered with Radical Collaboration USA to create their new online presence from the ground up: a site that carries the weight of the methodology, generates qualified leads, and gives certified trainers a members-only home for the resources they use every day.
The Challenge
- The methodology is respected worldwide, but Radical Collaboration USA needed a dedicated digital presence that reflected the caliber of the work
- Visitors needed a low-friction way to engage before committing to a conversation, workshop, or training
- Certified trainers needed a private, login-protected space for resources, training videos, the store, and community updates
- The site had to feel editorial and human, not like another corporate training template
What We Did
We designed and built the site on a custom framework, giving Radical Collaboration USA a fast, secure foundation without the plugin bloat and upkeep of an off-the-shelf CMS. The centerpiece of the lead strategy is a 90-second team check: an interactive quiz that gives visitors an honest read on where their team stands and captures qualified leads, with CRM integration so every lead flows straight into follow-up. Behind the login, we built a members-only area where certified trainers access frameworks, guides, and tools, watch recorded training videos, shop member-exclusive materials in the ecommerce store, and stay current on community news and events. The public site rounds out the presence with pages for industries, the trainer network, events, and FAQs.
